Speech: Devops Scalability, what brings Devops at scale

Companies have been driven on DevOps to accelerate their continuous delivery and deliverables qualities and security through enhanced processes and automation. As of today, they demonstrate a real maturity on their dedicated toolchains but still show some painpoints in their usage by product teams which hinder their path to DevOps@Scale. To attain the DevOps@Scale, we still foresee four main challenges to be addressed : Product teams DevOps organization declined based on multi-speed capabilities (SAFE model and approach) Cloud infrastructure migration and set-up to accelerate infrastructure deployment and management (incl. SRE approach) Toolchain usage empowerment through harmonized toolchain templates (jobs, playbooks, analysis …) and products dashboard and monitoring
